Technical question about events of chapter 8?

Just been reviewing old episodes and reading the side stories in the supporter club and its clear that manufacturing in the CD universe is a mix of production line and custom fabrication. So the cost of repairs will depend on how many unique hard to fabricate parts were destroyed or lost. Stabilizers seem to be largely computer nodes mixed with sensors so it would appear that cost of repairing it will depend on whether armor can be cheaply repaired in CD.
