Neat, it's incredible what you can get filters to do.
To complement this plugin, here's something I use a lot: SuperPNG. A lot of artists (such as the ones using the above filter) save their comics in the lossless PNG format, rather than the lossy JPG format. However, Photoshop's PNG plugin is more akin to the Fireworks plugin, rather than being optimized for the web. The web version of png has no layers or indexed color, but the algorithm is much more efficient, and you can tell it to strip out meta data. It's a good idea to install it in addition to the existing PNG plugin, as opposed to replacing it.
