Re: CD Wiki

Yeah, I feel like I was getting a bit too detailed in the single page. Better to have multiple small pages that it could link to. So instead of going on about Kari's actions in the Battle of White-Rim, I can just detail the whole battle elsewhere and link kari's page to it. Still... I fell like I r...

Re: CD Wiki

<grin>I can't wait to start messing with all your hard work. </Grin> But on a serious note, how detailed should we be? Spartan, Factual, Detailed, Descriptive, Flamboyant, Speculative ... or ... ??? Its good to have a brief of the webcomic so you can go directly to the pages and read the words/pictu...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

WOW! Talk about an information dump! Good for her. I guess that was the crystal moon we saw above her home planet. Figured that was the indicating factor. Makes sense now that Mensk and other pirates would recognise her while Daniel and Kari, from her own home planet, might not... Although Kari lef...

Re: Movies I have To See

It satisfied me - apart from the strange light-ship ship that went to the gateway. Also the 2 versions of Geoff Bridges satisfied me also.

Seeing 'Monster' tonight = that should be fun!

Gee Chapter 11 is a gorgeous chapter. Lovely shading of Whisper on the outside of Daniel's room. I love spaceships with impossibly high ceilings for atmospheric lighting shots like this.

What happened to the shot through Whisper's leg? That was just a repair wasn't' it?

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

I love the nebulae behind the Scar. Simply gorgeous ... A lovely ship, a lovely movement of the wings, and overall a lovely composition. Very very beautifully done David. Just thinking in terms of space tactics - i'd be so confused with space combat if we had a multitude of non-horizontal views of s...

TRON

Tron Tron Legacy 3D Two very different movies, I recall the first from my childhood, I saw the most recent 2 days ago. I think the 1982 version was somehow better, but IMDB says 6.7 stars vs 7.4 for the 2010 version. I guess my age makes things different. Worst point : I thought the scene of Sam Fl...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Lovely, I chuckled at that nice little interplay 'did you push the thing?' - ' I pushed the thing?' - Clearly the command 'heave too' worked a little too well - the whole ship heaved from and stopped dead. I love it when a well nuanced word of command prevents a spaceship from operating correctly. I...

Aye, the scar is a beautiful lump of tissue there.
