Re: What if Crimson Dark was a RPG?

I know you're working on a d20 basis, but have you seen the new Cepheus Engine? It's based on the former Mongoose Traveller first edition SRD, and came out since Mongoose decided not to have an SRD for their second edition. It's quite a nice system, and could easily be adapted to CD. http://www.driv...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Well, those drones didn't seem to be too much of a problem. But we haven't seen Hal and his salvager in action yet. I have faith in the old boy that he's going to pull something out of his hat yet!

What, rooting for the bad guy? Hey, no good story ever wen't the hero's way.

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Can't wait to see how the new Kestrels perform against those up-gunned drones. I mean, how tough can they be, right? I guess it depends on whether they're all remote-controlled by Hal or they have some kind of self-guidance system.

Are we there yet?

Re: Fandom Roll Call

Same here, wildthayne. It's like coming home. To a place that's more fun than home, with less of the cleaning and the working and the poorly-behaved neighbours. :)

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Awesome. :D I saw the before-and-after bit in the video, but one likes to pore over these things at length and in detail ... In other news, in an attempt to spread news of CD I have started up a Google+ Community. I'm not sure you're on G+, David, but this is the perfect excuse to join up! https://p...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

I really think we need a side-by-side comparison of the two marks of Scimitar. I do, I really do. :geek:

Crimson Dark on Google+

I'm pretty sure David isn't on Google+, but there is now a Crimson Dark Google+ Community. :D

Website Issues

I Guess a few issues are bound to pop up as CD awakens from hibernation. I noticed I wasn't able to update my profile with my Facebook, Google+, and Twitter accounts because it won't allow non-alphanumeric characters other than "." That, obviously, is a bit of a problem with wed addresses! ;)

Re: What if Crimson Dark was a RPG?

Interesting ... as you might note from my sig, I have delved into the field of tabletop RPG publishing during the CD interregnum, and I'm about to run an art crowdfunding campaign for my next book. I am also developing a D100 system - which, coincidentally, I think might be perfectly suited to CD. ;)
