That's a Cirin Elite Guard. Heavily augmented, but not so much as a Republic Marine. Due to popular demand, I have set up an official Crimson Dark wiki. This is a reader-driven project which I'm going to try and keep at arms-length. Some intrepid readers have already started adding content, and have done fantastic work so far, but there's still much to do (it's a big universe after all), so head on over and make your mark.
