For example, I wonder if CPUs could be made out of superconducting material. That would mean no heat! (or at least, significantly less heat as Today). And much less power required. Imagine you smartphones with a power of a desktop computer for example...

(sorry for triple-post, but I am really excited about superconductors)

Googling suggests they can't, not with current technology.

Whisper, if ONLY the Poodle would get them...

Dang! :!: Where Are Those Space Poodles When You Need Them? :?:
Hey! I'll even take a Space Chihuahua, if it will take out the Behemoth. :o
At least nibble it's toes to delay or distract it.

"Kari's having a bad day." could sum up most of this comic.

I really wonder what RASF's role is in this, and what their role will be. They may end up being the good(ish) guys. Crimson Dark has shown us in the past that there is no black&white in their universe in the past.

Woo Hoo! Time for a Super Conductor replacement. 8-)
Now the hope that it will fit. Or are SC's have a standard size on space ships? :?:
If it can be folded into the right shape so it will fit in the space the Wraith requires, that would be good. :)
But I keep thinking non-good thoughts.

Depends on what that superconductor actually is. If it is some kind of a cable, you could just cut it, bend it or just punch it and it will fit.

Just stating "superconductor" - at least for me - is a material, not an object. It's like saying, that we need to replace coal at the core of a stove. Or - to be more advanced - you need to replace Uranium at the core of a nuclear engine. Once you get enough of the raw material, you can reshape it in a way that it fits the engine.

"Self-flagellating" - now that is a term you do not hear very often. More like "Whip me, beat me, make me write bad checks" :D

I'm guessing they will find an injured survivor to Stockholm with to provide perspective from the other side.
