Kari... just because you didn't tell him anything doesn't mean he didn't learn anything useful...

Just the fact that she is still breathing is useful is a case in point.

I for one am dreading what kind of deal the captain had to make to get what little he did get, but knowing how carefully he takes care of his crew, I suspect he's going to be the one paying the price. As for the other info, congrats on the contract work, and I certainly understand the need to focus on paying the bills over the hobby you may enjoy. If you have to delay some updates so be it.

Four weeks. huh.
Well, at least that's another month or so of the death mark out of the way.
I wonder what the crew will do during and after their probation, since I somehow doubt freeloading around a military base would be looked upon very highly.

Some pithy statement goes here.

David, I love the lighting in the last couple strips. Keep up the good work!
Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread
Am I the only one thinking that Hal is being treated a bit unfairly?

Thanks, I've been consciously paying more attention to lighting of late. It slows down production, but I think it's worth it.wildthayne wrote:David, I love the lighting in the last couple strips. Keep up the good work!

Hal is being treated unfairly. I doubt he could expect anything less with how he treats everyone else though.
I am hazarding a guess that the worst of it is going to be that they are not allowed to leave Cirin space, or that some of them are going to be 'encouraged' to work for Cirin Alliance now.
