I dunno, I could see the Drazi invading Babylon 5! Whether or not they'd be successful in taking it over, or would even try to do so in the first place, is another matter ...

And don't forget that the Ferengi were gearing up to be the Big Bad in s01 of ST:TNG... until the writers apparently realized how idiotic that was.
