Re: Publicity ... and voting ...

the comic is pretty persistently around the 40-35 mark. I think the best CD got to regularly was around the low 30's.

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Congratulations David, its a fantastic move to a new part of your career. I can see that this might take you all over the place, especially with plotting and researching of all the background material in that marvellous star wars universe. I envy you. I presume the move to somewhere in USA will happ...

Publicity ... and voting ...

I dont know about you guys, but I am voting daily for this webcomic ... this and perhaps Goblins are the only ones I get vote angst about. CD deserves to be way higher than 45. ------------- Sites it's listed on are 1) http://www.thewebcomiclist.com/p/7521/crimson-dark 2) http://topwebcomics.com/vot...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

I would have never thought that there would be a population of ancient sumarian literati connected to this webcomic. Completely bizzare, but wonderful. On another thought, page 29 of Chapter 12 was stunning. Beautiful world work. I just LOVE the scene of the delicate atmosphere and girded clouds see...

Chapter 12 : 'Home' | Farhaven | Scarborough

That cloud scene with the lens of air wrapping the planet ... is simply magnificent. Swooningly magnificent. With the Scarborough and the eye candy of explosions that have been appearing on the screen lately, the eye-candy level of the comic has just gone through the roof ... magnificent work. Well ...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

My first thought is that it could be the classic ST:TNG statement "Full ahead No 1." but our glorious captain is not inclined towards SF gossip I think - so the only behaviouralism that makes sense to me is his interest with hot chilli. Perhaps the drones might be ordered to stand down pending an at...

Re: CD Wiki

Yeah, I feel like I was getting a bit too detailed in the single page. Better to have multiple small pages that it could link to. So instead of going on about Kari's actions in the Battle of White-Rim, I can just detail the whole battle elsewhere and link kari's page to it. Still... I fell like I r...

Re: CD Wiki

<grin>I can't wait to start messing with all your hard work. </Grin> But on a serious note, how detailed should we be? Spartan, Factual, Detailed, Descriptive, Flamboyant, Speculative ... or ... ??? Its good to have a brief of the webcomic so you can go directly to the pages and read the words/pictu...
