Re: RSS Feed

The link, itself, shows me what looks at a glance like the code behind your newspost, but pasting it into Thunderbird pulls the news and comics (separately) for Page 16. I'll update if I have any trouble with it, but it looks like it's working, I think. It's been a while since I've actually subscrib...

RSS Feed

Alright, consider me stumped. I used to have a link to the RSS feed for the comic, but since it went into hiatus, I've replaced my computer and not gotten around to re-updating everything again. And now I can't seem to find the RSS feed for CD. Luckily, I received David's email about the new chapter...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

Haha, no worries David. I had a hunch it wasn't going to be updated until the end of the chapter - unintended spoilers from the details and whatnot. I am patient for those things which matter most. Except in the case of it not being Monday, yet. Comiccomiccomic! ;) David, you've done it again and I ...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

See, now this is one of the reasons why I love this comic: My checking of CD this morning, as I am slow to the punch and can't remember what day it is: Ooh, comiccomiccomic! :D .. ... :o  :!: Ahh! Heh, the suspense is going to be killing me all week, but at least it'll keep me wondering and c...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

My memory might be playing tricks on me again (as often happens), but I thought it was Vaegyr's sister on the Prospero.
Regardless, I'm very intrigued and can't wait for tomorrow. :D Hopefully my internet won't go out again.

Re: take your time

I came across this in my webcomic surfing today, and thought it might be appropriate and applicable, both to David and the rest of us: http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2009/05/entitlement-issues.html David, if/when you choose to continue the story, I will still be here waiting. And if you decide that t...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

MAPMAPMAPMAPMAPMAPMAP!!! David, you have no idea how happy this just made me, heh. One of my absolute favourite parts of backstories, bar none, is the maps created! Something about maps really bring an adventure home for me. They offer me just enough tangibility to grasp and drag myself further into...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

You know, that "Sydney to the Caves of Mars" story, as \m/_(>_<)_\m/ put it (maybe we should just call you face-man, or somesuch? ;)), would make a good subject for another banner in the Prospero's 'lobby', when you return to the story, if we see any others. Or even better, you could have a little i...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

I'm actually rather surprised to not see comments on the filler, like we normally do. Busy month, I guess? I love some of the early ship designs that keep popping up in these screens. I recognize one of the freighters that appears to have transitioned mostly intact, too. Is the big orange squishy th...

Re: Official "Discuss the latest page" thread

I think with David's style, that would be very strange, personally. Right now his comics flow extremely well from panel to panel, and I worry that breaking them up too much will negate that. Skythorn might be on to something here, though. Some form of smaller installments might help, but it would ta...
